The Ministry of Justice has disclosed to Tim Johnson/Law that the current success rate for judicial mediation is 75.6%. The Ministry of Justice made this disclosure in response to a Freedom of Information request made by Hysha Smith of Tim Johnson/Law in May. The figure applies to January to March 2021, the most recent period for which disclosure is allowed. A copy of the response to the FOI request is set out below.
