Overview

At Tim Johnson / Law we aim to provide a user friendly service, be responsive to clients' needs and use language which gets to the point. We aim to build long lasting client relationships by being willing to invest time in understanding our clients' businesses and tailoring our advice to the outcomes they want to achieve.

We believe that this is recognised by our clients. To give clients international reach we work with employment solicitors around the world using a network which we have built up over many years.

No matter what your employment law problem may be, it is unlikely that we have not advised on it before. We can provide representation for you before courts and tribunals or in negotiations with trade unions. We can help you develop employment policies and contracts which anticipate the latest changes in labour law.

Our track record

Our successes range from negotiating high-profile discrimination settlements for City employees, and winning complex cases in the Court of Appeal, to dealing with some of the world’s top firms on partnership law as well as drafting handbooks, policies and contracts for senior employees.

We advise on whistleblowing law and have successfully acted for doctors who raised concerns about health and safety in the hospitals where they worked. We have also advised senior employees working in investment banks in relation to whistleblowing and reporting wrongdoings to the FCA and SEC.
