Our track record
Our successes range from negotiating high-profile discrimination settlements for City employees, and winning complex cases in the Court of Appeal, to dealing with some of the world’s top firms on partnership law as well as drafting handbooks, policies and contracts for senior employees.
We advise on whistleblowing law and have successfully acted for doctors who raised concerns about health and safety in the hospitals where they worked. We have also advised senior employees working in investment banks in relation to whistleblowing and reporting wrongdoings to the FCA and SEC.
