Iris Bohnet's What Works shortlisted for the FT and McKinsey Business Book of the Year


In March 2016 Tim Johnson/Law sponsored a How To: Academy seminar by Iris Bohnet on her then newly published book. In What Works, Harvard Behavioural Economist Bohnet uses real-life case studies to show how an organisation's culture can be altered for the better by making simple changes to how things are done.

For example, by holding auditions behind a curtain ('blind auditions'), the major orchestras in the US have increased the proportion of women musicians from 5% in 1970 to 35%.
