With more than 25 years' senior experience in sectors such as finance, professional services and consulting, I have worked for companies as diverse as PwC, Lazard and ThoughtWorks.

I am a CEDR Accredited Mediator and believe that mediation is an invaluable tool that can help opposing sides reach a flexible, commercial and confidential agreement, with less long term damage to the employment relationship than a formal tribunal hearing.

Much of my experience has been at a senior level in complex global organisations, working on business critical issues at times of significant political, business or economic change and in an international context. I am used to dealing with difficult HR problems and understand well the enormous pressures they can put on both management and the individuals involved.

 

I have also run my own consulting practice for five years so am experienced in forming and delivering solutions which are independent.
